Peer Review Process

RCIS follows a strict double-blind peer review process.
Each manuscript undergoes:
1.    Initial editorial screening for scope and format compliance
2.    Plagiarism screening using professional detection software
3.    Evaluation by at least two independent expert reviewers
4.    Revision rounds based on reviewer feedback
5.    Final editorial decision
The journal aims to provide a first decision within 4–6 weeks.
