Resilient Civil Infrastructure Systems (RCIS)

An International Peer-Reviewed Open Access Journal

Resilient Civil Infrastructure Systems (RCIS) is an international, peer-reviewed, open access journal dedicated to publishing high-quality research on the resilience, performance, and lifecycle engineering of civil infrastructure systems. The journal provides a rigorous platform for integrated theoretical, numerical, experimental, and field-based investigations that enhance the robustness, adaptability, sustainability, and long-term functionality of infrastructure under multi-hazard, climatic, operational, and aging conditions.
RCIS promotes system-oriented engineering approaches that integrate structural, geotechnical, transportation, water resources, and construction management disciplines within a unified infrastructure performance framework. The journal publishes two issues per year and follows a strict double-blind peer review process.
